This place has been hated on quite a bit, I see! It's a Dunkin Donuts, for goodness sake! I have been frequenting this place for years because my grandfather lives around the corner from here and I have never had an issue. It's just regular old coffee and donuts. We always ask for lots of cream packets and they have not skimped us. Sometimes they can be really busy and the service is a bit slow but usually it's pretty empty and you can be in and out in less than 2 minutes. I guess it's dead Sunday afternoons, so it all depends when you go. People complain about things that are just part of life. If you go on a weekday morning, of course you'll have to wait for coffee. If it's really bad, maybe the place needs more staff, but it's no reason for one star. Come on, Yelpers! Sorry for my random tangent but I don't understand why people would complain about something like that in a review. Dunkin Donuts is just a regular place for coffee. It's not spectacular, but it's not horrible. If you don't know this by now...decide for yourself if you'd like a less fancy, cheaper cup of Joe over your fancy Starbucks lattes. I recommend getting the DD coffee plain. Their syrups are all right. If you really like your coffee to not taste like coffee (an odd concept to me), get one of the special, seasonal drinks. You'll save a buck or two at DD.

With how many dunkin donuts there are in this area I wouldn't come here again, mostly because of the service. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with a large iced coffee. There wasn't anyone there, but it was taking forever to get my sandwich. Therefore, I asked what was taking so long and they said they thought I had it already. Riiiiight, because that was why I was standing around waiting for my sandwich. When they did finally give me my sandwich they forgot the hashbrowns and I had to wait for that too. A typically 10 min dunkin donut run took about 35mins. Inexcusable. I will never go back to this one when I have so many other options.

I asked for a decaf cream & sugar twice I told the cashier and second time the other girl who then maybe got mad because she dumped the regular to give me decaf and so I got home and my coffee had like twice the sugar! Bad service if they are going to give you what they want not what you ask for and more when you come in as a customer and you get the long face by the staff and those workers are in a bad mood to serve you!

Thanks to Dunkin Donuts in Evergreen Park, I now save $10+ a week on coffee! The line/service is so slow, that it was no longer a treat to pick up a cup of joe on my way to work...it became quite stressful, wondering how long it would take each morning.

The one guy who works here is very rude. You can buy something and sit in there and once ur finished eating he tries to rush you out of the door. The donuts and everything is good but other then that the service is horrible and the bathrooms are not kept clean the dining area is usually clean but not always i would recommend going to a different dunkin donuts
